Any new specialty is founded on a background “body of knowledge.” Its introductory textbooks, praxis, future, are all derived from this body of knowledge. If that repository is scientific, all of its holdings should be subject to falsification, elaboration, or refinement. The body of knowledge (hereafter, BoK for brevity) should be continually added to, subtracted from, modified, improved, further developed, evolved. For this to happen there have to exist a consensus set of criteria used to select among the alterations suggested. There has to be firm and strong selection for the BoK to mature.
Here we have a section that encourages contributions to the BoK from as many members who want to participate. It will be as rich or as poor as the attitudes and contributions of those members.
